From the Ring to Radiance: How WWE Superstars Perfect Their Look

Source: WWE

WWE superstar Bianca Belair has accomplished a lot: she's a three-time women’s singles champion, featured on WWE 2K24’s cover, and stars in Love & WWE: Bianca & Montez. She’s also known for her distinctive in-ring looks, which add to her excitement for premium live events (PLEs) like SummerSlam, airing today at 6:30 ET on Peacock.

“PLEs are our biggest shows, so I love being creative with my look,” Belair tells Women's Health. “I always match my style to the event’s theme to make sure everyone talks about it.” For June’s Clash at the Castle: Scotland, she sported a dragon-inspired braid using makeup sponges, glitter hairspray, and metallic eyeshadow.

Belair’s signature braid, which can range from hip to ankle length, requires essential products like Eco Style Krystal Styling Gel and Got2b Glued Blasting Freeze Spray to stay in place during matches. “Eco Style is perfect for laying my hair down, and Got2b Glued is a must-have for every match,” she says. Belair also styles her own hair, finding it a calming ritual before her matches.

AMC Entertainment Posts Second-Quarter Loss Amid Disappointing Spring Box Office, but Stock Upturn Follows Wall Street Forecast

Source: Deadline

AMC Entertainment, a leading exhibitor, reported a Q2 loss of 10 cents per share, with revenue dropping 24% to $1.03 billion, impacted by a disrupted movie pipeline due to strikes. Despite these challenges, the results were in line with Wall Street estimates, leading to a slight increase in AMC’s stock in after-hours trading. This loss contrasts with a profit of 6 cents per share in the same period last year and a revenue decline from $1.348 billion in Q2 2023.

CEO Adam Aron remains optimistic about the latter half of 2024, citing a strong finish to the quarter. While the spring was marked by slow ticket sales and disappointing releases, the success of Disney's Inside Out 2 and current hits like Deadpool and Wolverine have revitalized the box office. Aron highlighted the dramatic turnaround from a sluggish start to a robust end, noting the stark difference in performance as a sign of positive industry shifts. The earnings report followed an earlier preliminary announcement indicating the expected loss.

Stuff we're loving this week

💪 Supplement: So many protein powders, so little time to try them all. We're currently loving Eggylicious Whole Egg Protein. Every body is different, so being able to customize your own protein blend down to the flavor is pretty clutch.

🚿 Next level self-care: Consider starting the day with this ultra-luxurious body wash.

📝 A good question: Have you ever tried eye gel masks?
