HAIR AND BODY CARE
Drunk Elephant Issues Recall for 3 Products Over Skin Reaction Risks
Drunk Elephant, a Texas-based skin care brand, is recalling several products, including Beste No. 9 Jelly Cleanser, Protini Polypeptide Cream, and Lala Retro Whipped Cream, due to ingredient mix-ups that could cause adverse skin reactions. The affected products contain unlisted ingredients such as Microkill COS and Mirataine CBS, which may cause temporary skin irritation or allow bacterial growth. Some Lala cream batches also contained Candida parapsilosis, which could pose infection risks for immunocompromised individuals. Customers with recalled products are advised to stop using them and return them for a refund or replacement.
FASHION FEATURES
Fashion Controversy Erupts Over Viral Photo of Gen Z Women’s Style Choices
A viral photo featuring a group of young women wearing identical outfits has sparked a heated fashion debate.
Shared on X, the image shows a group of Gen Z women dressed in baggy light blue jeans paired with simple, plain-colored tops. While baggy jeans and a tee have long been considered a classic "off-duty" look for models, many fashion observers were surprised that the group chose this style for a night out, deeming it more suited for casual daytime wear.
"Does anyone have any theories on how light-wash jeans became evening wear?" the poster asked, adding, "After 6 p.m., especially in colder months, you rarely see anything lighter than indigo."
ENTERTAINMENT
Fox and Hulu Extend Streaming Partnership in Multi-Billion-Dollar Deal
Fox Entertainment and Hulu are continuing their partnership with a major new deal. The two companies have reached a multi-year content agreement that includes in-season streaming rights for Fox’s programming lineup. Additionally, the deal expands their multi-platform marketing arrangement. Sources tell Deadline that the agreement is valued at over $1.5 billion over four years, including ad revenue. Fox acted early to renew the deal, with the previous agreement made in January 2023. This new pact, lasting through 2029, will support the network’s growing slate of original content, including dramas like Rescue HI-Surf and Murder in a Small Town, comedies like Animal Control, and reality series such as The Masked Singer, The Floor, and Gordon Ramsay’s Next Level Chef.
