This new feature enables movie studios, networks, and streaming services to tap into relevant user-generated content. TikTok Spotlight uses a mix of machine learning and human review to identify videos related to specific titles or franchises. Marketers purchasing Spotlight campaigns receive an anchor link that directs users to a dedicated landing page. This page provides information on the title, including synopses, cast details, official accounts, and additional creator content. It also allows marketers to direct users to streaming platforms, digital stores, or ticket purchasing sites. Moreover, Spotlight campaigns can filter out content that may not align with brand safety standards.
